Fat and Sassy

It's who I am.

Great googly moogly, I'm tired. I also feel crappy. Not to mention a touch bitchy. Bedtime can't come soon enough. This week was way too busy for my liking and it feels like the longest week ever. I want to kick back and do nothing with my honey, and I don't see that happening until Saturday. Maybe.

Let's see...good stuff going on too. It's my Breastiversary! My new boobs are a year old today. They may be hideously scarred and slightly lopsided, but I still love them.

Tomorrow ends week three of staying on plan. I've had another great week. I followed the old WW plan this week, it just seems to work much better for me.

I felt like writing, but now...not so much. Off to bed.

For Sue:

BBQ Smokey Joe's

3 lbs. ground turkey
1 onion finely chopped
1 green bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. worcestshire sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Brown turkey in a skillet and drain off fat. Place the turkey in a crockpot and add the remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly.

Cover, cook on low 8-10 hours or high 3-4 hours.

Serves 10.

I put it through the recipe builder on WW and it came out to be 5 pts. per serving. It's very, very good. Go easy on the cayenne (original recipe called for 1 tbsp. but that is just too much heat I think, and I like spicy) if your family doesn't like it.
